How do you sew details on crocheted dolls?
I like to crochet on a regular basis, so I checked out the book "Creepy Cute Crochet: Zombies, ninjas, robots, and more!" I liked crocheting the little dolls, only I was stumped on how to sew their little mouths on. In the book it looks as though they knot the thread from the inside, but I can't do that because when you finish the doll you tie off all of the parts and can't get back to the inside. Anyone help?
I'm not experienced at embroidery, but I am a crocheter, you can embroider the lips, eyes, etc, leave a longer tail of thread/yarn. insert your hook from a different angle and pull the yarn in so it stays inside. you can do this before you stuff, it would be easier. Good luck.
